A full exterior and interior renovation of an existing industrial building in the Design District into an office for a real estate firm.  A new exterior courtyard was created via the removal of a portion of the existing roof.  Taking queues from the mid-century and industrial character of the original building and neighborhood as well as leveraging existing features such as bricked-up windows led to a design of  simple openings, clean  lines, and use of existing brick as much as possible.
