In this historic commercial strip, a new facade has been created to replace the original, which had deteriorated to the point of collapse.  Subtle art deco detailing ties the building to the neighborhood’s historic character.  The storefront configuration allows for maximum flexibility for future tenants.  New stairways and an elevator have been added to access the roof deck.
