Long ago, before the pandemic when people worked in offices, and back when Amazon was dangling the prospect of their HQ2 to cities across the country, Agent worked with a local landowner to create a proposal for the facility in Dallas’ Exposition Park neighborhood.  This proposal preserved the existing historic building stock and utilized current surface parking lots for the new office development. This approach would have set up the neighborhood to retain and preserve its eclectic tenant mix that make the neighborhood special.
