A sparsely detailed 1970’s era warehouse and office building fronting the I-35 corridor in Dallas was purchased by new owners that desired to improve the public facing facade in preparation for a new tenant.  Agent’s design takes cues from the original building’s architecture and aesthetics, creating a restrained and complimentary entrance structure.
